High-capacity continuous drying for red chilli and spices
Conventional single circuit dryer used primarily for re-drying of dried red chilli arriving at the factory with a moisture content of approximately 15%, drying it to a final moisture content of 10% ± 1%.
Output capacity of 2000 to 2500 kg of dried chilli per hour at drying temperatures ranging between 70°C and 80°C. Heat source is thermic fluid.
