Three specialist machines for complete sifting room operations — stalk extraction, fibre separation, and rotary sieving. Complete range of sifting room equipment — Myddleton stalk extractor, Fibromat roller assembly, and Rotary Sieve — for precise tea grade separation and fibre removal.
The Myddleton is a stalk extractor used in sifting room operations to separate stalks and fibrous material from made tea grades. It delivers efficient stalk extraction with minimal grade loss.
The Fibromat is a multi-roller fibre separation machine fitted with 4 rollers of 36"/48" size and 30 cm diameter. The rollers act on made tea to extract fibrous stalks, delivering clean grades.
The Rotary Sieve (vibratory sifter) uses an eccentric flywheel drive mechanism to produce controlled vibration across twin mesh deck screens, separating tea grades by particle size with high throughput and accuracy.
