Description

Kaysons fermenting drums are constructed from 1.5 mm SS 304 food grade (16G) stainless steel with internal flights that tumble the tea leaf for even, consistent fermentation throughout the drum.

Each drum is mounted on a heavy-duty pedestal frame with guide rollers and driven by a chain drive system through a Shanthi/Greaves gear box, available in single or multi-drum line configurations.
