The Kaysons Five Grade Sorter is a Trinick-type vibratory sorting machine that separates made tea into five distinct grade outputs in a single pass. Twin flat-bed sorting decks with SS mesh screens handle high-volume throughput, while the multi-deck vibratory sifter further classifies dust grades with precision.

The feed hopper with chain and sprocket drive ensures a uniform, controlled feed rate throughout the sorting cycle.
